Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite has revealed how Marcel Brands played a role in his loan to PSV.
The Englishman has moved to Holland for the 2022/23 season after discussions with PSV director of football Brands, who used to work at Goodison Park.
"Marcel spoke to me about the club and its history," Branthwaite told the club's website.
"Now that I'm here, those words fall into place. If you ask me, this is the perfect move for me.
"PSV gave me the feeling from the first moment that they really wanted me. I seize the opportunity to play for prizes and fight European duels with both hands.
