Everton defender Michael Keane believes the club are hoping to bring in attacking additions to the squad.
The Toffees had a significant issue scoring enough goals in the Premier League last season.
While Sean Dyche kept the team up by the skin of their teeth, Keane knows they need more firepower to avoid relegation.
"Yeah, that would be nice," centre-back Keane replied to a reporter when asked about a striker signing.
"I think that is what the club is aiming to do. I don't think it is easy, but I am sure they will be trying."
He added: "I think you could look at the squad and get better in a lot of positions, but we had periods where we struggled for goals.
"In the Premier League, you find it tough when that is the case, so I am sure they will be looking to bring more goals in. We hope Danjuma will give us that, but they will be looking for more as well."
