Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford insists there's plenty of positives to draw from their 2-2 result at Sheffield United.
Both teams picked up their first point of the season in today's early kickoff.
Pickford said, "There are a lot of positives in it and a lot of negatives as a team. We went one nil up and they scored two goals, but that's why the Premier League is the best in world and you cannot take any teams for granted.
"They got a bit of luck on the second goal, but it is a performance we should have got three points from. We knew they were a threat in set-pieces we knew how aggressive Ollie Norwood's crosses can be.
"I have got to be switched on and I know it was 98 minutes but the manager told us there would be 100-minute games so we never lack concertation and always be on my A game.
"I think we are our own worst enemy and that is what we have got to learn from, apart from the Villa game the three other games, Fulham, Wolves and Sheffield United it has been so tight, but it is those small margins we have got improve on as a team.
"It is a start we have got some fresh air. It is my seventh season the fans just want hard work from us and if you put 100% in they will love you."
