Everton boss Frank Lampard wants to raid Chelsea this summer.
The former Blues player and manager is hoping to bring two midfielders to the Toffees in the transfer window.
Per The Telegraph, Lampard is hoping to sign Billy Gilmour and Conor Gallagher.
Both players were sent on loan for the entire 2021/2022 season by Chelsea.
There is a possibility one or both may be available for loan moves this season as well.
Lampard can offer them regular first team football, while their path to a starting spot may be significantly more challenging at Chelsea.
