Everton midfielder Amadou Onana should be in contention to play in the coming days.

The all-action star is one who missed out on the club's 1-1 draw with Brighton last Saturday.

However, Onana has recovered from a calf problem, while manager Sean Dyche also outlined the fitness of Seamus Coleman.

On Onana, Dyche said: I think he should be. Like I say they've been on the grass and we'll see how that reacts tomorrow but he's managed that well.

He's done well to get to get through the games he did. Hopefully we've managed that well with him as well and it's calmed down."

He added on Coleman: It's important with these games [with U21s], we want to stimulate the players to get back to full fitness, full sharpness. The games programme can be awkward with arranging games so it was a game it was a game we thought they could get something from, particularly Seamus of course.

He's still coming back to true fitness but he's doing great. He's put a lot of effort into getting back to real fitness levels.

He's desperate to get back involved and be around it as you can imagine. He's been terrific since he's been back around the group and that helps."
