Everton are willing to sell defender Jarrad Branthwaite.
The stopper is currently on-loan at PSV Eindhoven, where he could sign permanently.
Eindhovens Dagblad says Everton are prepared to sell Branthwaite for 12m.
However, the fee remains too high for PSV to consider.
Branthwaite has enjoyed a superb season on-loan with PSV, helping them win the Dutch Cup.
