Everton striker Jose Salomon Rondon is happy with his form now entering the new season.
Rondon, speaking with AS, believes he has the trust of manager Frank Lampard.
He told AS: "The truth is that this season I have started very well. I finished the previous season very, very well, in good shape, with minutes, although I always want to have more, as was also seen with my team at the end of the season.
"I trained very hard for the coach to take me into account. And I start again strong because I don't want to give anything away. I have always characterised myself by working and doing things well in all the teams I have been in, this will not be the exception.
"I have the same illusion of scoring goals, of being at the highest level, of continuing to compete and helping my teammates."
