Everton are eyeing Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
The England international will leave City this summer after a disappointing six month loan at West Ham this past season.
Sky Sports says Everton are showing interest and Phillips could once again be available for loan.
Everton are looking at the midfielder, but adds that Manchester City prefer to sell him.
But Everton's financial woes make it difficult to pull off a permanent transfer. They are therefore investigating the possibilities of taking Phillips on-loan next season.
