Everton youngster Isaac Price has been seen in Belgium ahead of a summer move.
The midfielder is set to depart the Goodison Park club in search of regular first team football.
The midfielder and his parents were spotted at Standard Liege ahead of talks with the Pro League team.
Standard Liege manager Ronny Deila stated back in April that he did have interest in the youngster.
He said: I don't know if the transfer has been completed or not, but he [Price] is indeed a player we are following.
I spoke to Fergal Harkin (the sporting director) and the idea is to have a different transfer window than this season. Then there was sometimes chaos when it came to attracting players."
