Ewan Simpson has penned a first pro deal with Aston Villa.
Simpson joined Villa from Hearts last summer.
Villa academy chief Mark Harrison said: We are delighted Ewan has signed his first professional contract.
We have been pleased with his development since he joined us last summer from Hearts. He is a central midfield player with excellent technique and passing range.
Ewan has continued to represent Scotland at youth international level and we look forward to seeing he how he develops."
