Ewon leads KKIP delegation to Taiwan

Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister cum Industrial Development, Entrepreneurship and Transport Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick is leading a Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) delegation on a working visit to Taiwan to explore potential industrial collaboration.

 Ewon, who is also Chairman of KKIP, is scheduled to meet high-technology and semiconductor industry players through the Taiwan Science Park Industries Association (ASIP).

 He will also hold discussions with Sinotech Engineering Consultants, which developed Hsinchu Science Park and other industrial parks.

 The visit includes meetings with Phison Electronics, Chaoyang University of Technology and YesHealth iFarm.

 The delegation comprises representatives from the Energy Commission of Sabah, SMJ Energy Sdn Bhd, Sabah Energy Corporation, Sabah Electricity and Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
