Former Manchester United midfielder Simon Davies is returning to the club.
Davies is being appointed to the club's academy coaching staff. He worked with Manchester City before becoming No2 to Vincent Kompany at Anderlecht.
Gretar Steinsson will also join Spurs as performance director.
Steinsson, a former Iceland international who represented Bolton during his playing career, has previously worked at Everton as their head of recruitment.
He will work closely with sporting director Fabio Paratici.
