Former Arsenal and AS Monaco defender Sebastien Squillaci can see Adrien Rabiot moving to the Premier League.
The Juventus midfielder comes off contract at the end of the season.
Squallaci told TMW: "Rabiot is a footballer with great experience, and he is also a cornerstone of the French national team.
"He manages to be consistent, always guarantees quality and is also strong from a temperamental point of view. Physically and technically he is a top midfielder.
"If he is a Premier League player? Yes, he is one by characteristics. But really strong players like Rabiot can play anywhere without problems."
