  • Broadcaster Claudia-Liza Vanderpuije has withdrawn her claims against former co-host Dan Walker, ITN, and Channel 5 following a mutual agreement.
  • Ms Vanderpuije had previously lodged claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination on grounds of race and sex, harassment, and breach of contract.
  • She also filed a whistleblowing claim, alleging a toxic culture of racism, sexism, misogyny, and bullying existed within the Channel 5 Newsroom, which she claimed influenced its editorial content.
