Former Chelsea midfielder Emmanuel Petit believes manager Thomas Tuchel is frustrated with their market campaign.
The Blues have brought in £180million worth of new talent over the past couple of months, with their spending expected to get close to the £300million mark before the window shuts, though they've spent much of the summer missing out on key targets.
"You could see frustrations with Tuchel on the bench since the beginning of the season," Petit told Fair Betting Sites.
"He showed he's very nervous, his communication is bad as well – trying to find excuses for bad performances, bad results.
"I think he's very annoyed by the fact they are not active on the transfer market. He wants players, especially at the back... The transfer market is ending in a couple of days, he doesn't see any players coming in, so I can understand his frustration."
