Former Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper is being discussed inside Crystal Palace.

Palace manager Roy Hodgson is under pressure going into Monday night's clash with Chelsea.

The Sun says Cooper has the support of chairman Steve Parish, though he would prefer to wait until the end of the season before changing managers.

Hodgson's deal at Palace expires in June.

Lille coach Paulo Fonseca is also under consideration by the Palace board.
