Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti was sorry with Jose Mourinho's demise this season.

Moratti was also disappointed with Roberto Mancini's decision to leave the Italy job for Saudi Arabia. The oil baron had both men as coaches with Inter.

He said, "I'm sorry it ended badly with Roma.

"But the fans showed great affection towards him, they remained tied to Mourinho, despite De Rossi's excellent results."

The discussion then moved onto Mancini: "It's a shame that this choice has taken him away from great football. Mancini is very prepared, a great worker, he always gives everything."
