Former Juventus NextGen coach Lamberto Zauli says every Serie A club should have a B team.
Zauli insists Juve have benefitted from the innovation, with the likes of Fabio Miretti, Samuel Iling-Junior and Matias Soule all working their way into the first team after their time with the NextGen.
Zauli told TMW: "I saw that type of project from within, I would recommend it to everyone.
"I'm not talking about the economic aspect, but I know how much this experience can be useful for the boys.
"There's a perfect mix, training with the first team and playing in a competitive league like Serie C."
