Former Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is convinced by the talent in their academy.
Before he resigned in December, Agnelli had seen Matias Soule, Samuel Iling-Junior and Nicolo Fagioli this past year.
At today's shareholders' meeting, Agnelli said: "Sports results are a source of great pride. The first team, the women, especially the Next Gen who brought a trophy to the Museum.
"They are paying off in introducing first team talent. With perseverance, dedication and passion, we can have 50-60% of the first team squad arrive in 5-8 years with clear, great benefits, while maintaining competitiveness at national and international level.
"The above would not have been possible without the men and women of Juventus."
