Former Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch is getting an immediate return to management.
The American lost his job a little over a week ago with the Elland Road club in relegation trouble.
However, The Sun and other outlets are stating that Marsch is all but certain to become the new Southampton coach.
The Saints sacked their boss Nathan Jones a few days ago, less than six months after previously appointing him.
Marsch may not be held in high regard in the Premier League, but he does have a few advantages.
His ideal playstyle is similar to ex-boss Ralph Hasenhuttl at Southampton, which the majority of the squad are used to playing.
