Franz Schiemer is still working with Leeds United players despite being axed when manager Jesse Marsch was sacked last month.
Confirming his termination from Leeds and continual work with the club's players such as compatriot Max Wober at Austria's training camp for their EURO 2024 qualification campaign this week, the former defender admitted in an interview with Kronen Zeitung there was a 'great deal of trust' between him and Marsch before their departure from Elland Road.
Since his dismissal, it seems as though he has only worked as an external coach and advisor at the club this season.
He also revealed that he's been helping Hajduk Split midfielder Lukas Grgic and LASK winger Husein Balic individually with video analysis amongst other means.
