Leeds United youngster Brenden Aaronson has not been directly involved in a goal since the World Cup.
The 22-year-old joined his old coach Jesse Marsch in the summer, and looked impressive early in the season.
However, the young American appears to be going through a serious slump at present.
I thought he made a real impact when he came on. He should have scored a goal and maybe created another one, but over the past couple of months, since the World Cup, he has not really produced anything," ex-Leeds defender Jon Newsome said on BBC Radio Leeds.
His stats assists and goals they are the departments we are lacking in."
Aaronson will be hoping he can prove decisive between now and the end of the season as Leeds look to avoid the drop.
