Former Leicester City assistant boss Chris Davies is being linked with Swansea City.
Swansea are expected to lose Russell Martin to Southampton and Davies is a candidate to replace him.
Davies was former Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers' No2 and feels ready for a top job.
"I've always been open about my desire to be a manager," he recently told Coaches' Voice.
"The next step will naturally be into a role as a head coach or manager, but of course it has to be the right fit for me."
