Former Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho has left Montpellier.
Sakho and Montpellier agreed to part ways after last week's training ground bust-up with coach Michel der Zakarian.
The pair physically clashed, which left De Zakarian floored.
A MHSC statement read "after 10 days of reflection, both parties have agreed in good faith" to end the contract.
But Sakho later wrote on social media: "I decline all responsibility."
The 33-year-old former Liverpool and Crystal Palace defender also stated: "You have to know how to leave the table when respect is no longer served."
