Former Liverpool striker Roberto Firmnino struck a hat-trick for Al-Ahli in their opening SPL clash last night.
Firmino struck all three goals as Al-Ahli won 3-1 against Al-Hazm. Vina struck for the visitors.
Firmino, Riyad Mahrez and ex-Chelsea goalkeeper Edou Mendy all made their SPL debuts for the win.
Al-Ahli and Al-Hazm both won promotion to the SPL last season.
Former Roma defender Roger Ibanez, ex-Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie and former Newcastle winger Allan Saint-Maximin also all made their debuts for Al-Ahli last night.
