Former Manchester United pair Jesse Lingard and Ravel Morrison are interesting DC United coach Wayne Rooney.
Rooney has been confirmed as the new manager of the MLS club, who he appeared 52 times for as a player.
And both Lingard and Morrison are on his radar. Lingard is off contract from United while his former teammate Morrison has left Derby County.
Marca says DC are one of multiple MLS clubs who have made an offer to Lingard, who is a free agent after his contract expired at Manchester United.
Morrison could also make the move to DC - which would be the 13th club of his flailing career at just 29 years old.
