Former Manchester United midfielder Mats Daehli had a big influence on Manchester City attacker Oscar Bobb's career.
Daehli was with Lyn and coming back from injury when he took interest in a young Bobb in 2015.
Former Lyn coach Mikal Emil Aaserud recalled: It was inspiring for young players such as Oscar to have Mats there as an extra coach and mentor.
Everyone knew Mats had been at United. He played in Germany and was a Norway international.
But he'd also gone through the ranks at Lyn, so the kids could see what was possible."
Aaserud added: Mats could see Oscar was already so talented and rated him highly.
But I also know he was impressed by his humility and willingness to learn."
Daehli is now playing in Norway with Molde.
