Former Real Madrid coach Juande Ramos has urged Vinicius Jr to focus on football.
Vinicius Jr continues to attract controversy as he exchanges barbs with opponents and fans during games.
Ramos believes the Brazilian should try harder not to fall for the provocation.
"The situation is strange," he said. "He is a footballer with enormous qualities and he would have to focus solely on that, understanding that the rivals will try to provoke him to get him out of the game.
"The best way to combat that is with football."
