Former referee Mike Dean can understand why Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag was unhappy with VAR.
The Red Devils coach saw his team lose 3-1 at Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.
After the tough away loss, which saw his side have a goal ruled out for offside when the scores were 1-1, Ten Hag criticised several decisions.
The United boss said post-game: "It's not offside. [It's the] Wrong angle."
"It is very tight. I can understand why the assistant kept his flag down," Dean said on Sky Sports.
"At first glance, I thought it was offside.
"You can't fault the technology, they put the lines in the right place.
I understand where the manager is coming from because the angle isn't ideal, but we have the technology in the hub to put the lines in the right position."
