Kota Kinabalu: Former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee called on the former Sabah Attorney-General (AG) to clarify whether then Federal AG Tan Sri Tommy Thomas ever consulted the Sabah AG’s Chambers on the Sulu arbitration case pursuant to the latter’s issuance of a letter now deemed damaging to Malaysia.
The then State AG Datuk Zaleha Rose Pandin is now a Judicial Commissioner based in Sarawak.
