Panagiotis Louka admits Dejan Kulusevski is unsettled at Tottenham.
Louka, currently with Ypsonas, on loan from AEL Limassol, played with Kulusevski at Atalanta.
He told Juve News: We spoke a week before [Antonio] Conte left and he said that the problem wasn't the manager.
