Dean Smith has been named new manager of MLS club Charlotte FC.
The former Aston Villa and Brentford boss has signed a "multi-year" deal with the American club.
"Throughout the interview process, it was clear that this is an ambitious club with the right ingredients for success," said Smith.
Charlotte have been in MLS for two seasons.
Smith takes the job six months after leaving Leicester Ciyt.
