SIPITANG: Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Jinggo Anak Punan has officially assumed the role of Head of the Internal Security and Public Order Division (KBKDNKA) at the Sipitang District Police Headquarters (IPD Sipitang).
The handover ceremony, held on Tuesday at the IPD Sipitang meeting room, marked the formal transfer of duties from Inspector Mohd Alfian Alias to ASP Jinggo.
The event was witnessed by Sipitang District Police Chief Superintendent Awang Anak Suanda and his deputy, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ismail Abdullah.

In his address, Supt Awang expressed confidence in ASP Jinggo’s leadership and urged him to remain committed to his responsibilities, particularly in light of the upcoming Sabah State Election.
“I also hope the KBKDNKA will always be prepared to respond to other duties, including flood disasters, search and rescue operations, and more,” he added.
Supt Awang also called on all personnel of IPD Sipitang to maintain a strong spirit of cooperation to ensure the effective execution of their duties and responsibilities.
