Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl says last week's 9-0 loss to Leicester City has made him a better manager.
Saints were utterly embarrassed at home against the Foxes and now face two clashes with Manchester City.
Hasenhuttl said: "It never happened that I lost a game like this and it has been very challenging but this is what we are here for.
"It's not an easy job and never is and in such moments it's important you are a strong manager and look for the right decisions.
"This is new for me but I am now a better manager than before and this is the good thing and if the players see the same then they know they are better players in the future."
