Manchester United are willing to make Harry Maguire the most expensive defender in the world.
Maguire has told Leicester City he wants to join the Red Devils this summer.
The two clubs have been in negotiations for weeks, with Leicester determined to get over the 75m Liverpool paid for Virgil van Dijk in January 2018.
Sky Sports says United have now agreed to paying 80m for the 26-year-old.
Maguire will become the club's third signing of the summer.
