The FA have charged Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta after comments made following their defeat at Newcastle United.
Arteta raged at VAR after the manner of Anthony Gordon's winner on the day.
Arteta has until Tuesday to respond to the charge.
"It's alleged that his comments constitute misconduct as they are insulting towards match officials and/or detrimental to the game and/or bring the game into disrepute," the FA statement said.
Arteta was supported by Arsenal as he declared VAR "embarrassing" and a "disgrace".
