Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has confirmed that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will announce a major rakyat-focused policy on Wednesday (July 23) at 10:30am.
In a Facebook post, Fahmi wrote that the announcement will be made personally by Anwar as a gesture of appreciation for all Malaysians.

This confirmation follows a wave of public curiosity sparked by Anwar’s cryptic social media teaser last week. The Prime Minister posted an image featuring a silhouette of himself alongside the words:
Coming Soon – An extraordinary appreciation for the people of Malaysia. With My Malaysia.”
The post came with a simple one-word caption: “Nantikan”, which translates to “Stay tuned.”
While no official details of the policy have been released, the language used suggests that the upcoming announcement will offer direct benefits to the public.
