  • A British man, Olaolukitan Adon Abel, has been arrested in Georgia, USA, on suspicion of murdering two women and critically injuring a man.
  • One of the victims has been identified as Lauren Bullis, an employee of the Department of Homeland Security, who was reportedly shot and stabbed to death.
  • Adon Abel is also suspected of shooting an unidentified woman outside a Checkers and a homeless man outside a Kroger in separate incidents.
  • The suspect, who received US citizenship in 2022, was a former US Navy petty officer but was discharged in 2024 after being charged with assaulting police officers.
  • He was taken into custody in Troup County following coordination with local detectives, and the investigation into these acts of 'pure evil' remains active.
