PENAMPANG: An elderly man died after being hit by a four-wheel drive driven by a 20-year-old woman while crossing Penampang Bypass, on Sunday.
The 61-year-old died while receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth 1 Hospital following the 7.10pm incident,
AdvertisementPenampang Deputy Police Chief DSP Erwansyah Abdul Basir said the woman escaped unscathed.
The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
