The striker is being linked with Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
But father and agent Hans says they're not planning to skip out on Bayer anytime soon.
He told Kicker: "We are not playing mind games to favor anyone.
"My instinct tells me that Florian is still young and can still grow. Leverkusen is perfect for continuing the journey."
