
Kota Kinabalu: The Sessions Court fixed May 12 for pre-trial case management for the case involving a 39-year-old man charged with raping his 12-year-five-month-old daughter.
Judge Elsie Primus set the date for the man when his case was brought up for mention on Tuesday.
The court was informed that the documents pertaining the case are not ready yet.
The man is accused of raping his daughter at 7am on March 12 this year at a house in Manggatal, near here.

Pending the date, the man was further remanded.
