Manchester United are willing to be flexible with Inter Milan over the sale of Romelu Lukaku.
United vice-chairman Ed Woodward is desperate to clinch the striker's sale and is now prepared to restructure their terms.
Woodward is still demanding 75m from Inter Milan for Lukaku, but is prepared to be flexible over the method of payment.
Such an approach has been welcomed by Inter and there's now a confidence a deal is close.
Asked if he was optimistic about signing Lukaku, Inter chief Beppe Marotta told reporters: "Yes, I am optimistic about everything."
