FC Copenhagen coach Jacob Neestrup says they blew it failing to sign Erling Haaland as a teenage trialist.
The Manchester City striker trialled with FCK in 2017 before signing for Molde.
After last night's 5-0 Champions League thrashing, Neestrup said: "We should have closed the airport so he would have stayed at FC Copenhagen!
"I can't quite remember the year, it was in 2016 or 2017, when he was over for five or seven days. He probably hadn't played on my team today, but we could have probably got a few kroner in the coffers for him.
"He trained with a couple of talented cohorts, and it is easy to say now that those who looked at him were totally blind. That says a lot about talent development.
"Everyone could see that he was a skilled player, and I know that if it was today, we would have taken him."
Haaland scored twice last night in City's win.
