Enrico Fedele is convinced Paulo Dybala will join Inter Milan.
The striker is a free agent after he came off contract at Juventus last month.
Despite public comment from Inter officials, Fedele is adamant Dybala will join the Nerazzurri.
The sporting director said: “I'm certain the Argentine already has an agreement with Inter.
"But he can't go there yet, they can't make it official, because if Sanchez is worth €10 million now, after Dybala's arrival he's worth €3 million, and they're forced to sell him for a fee."
