KUNAK: A female palm oil estate worker in her 40s was found dead with multiple slash wounds to her head, believed to be inflicted with a sharp object, on Friday.

The incident, which occurred in a remote estate along Jalan Tingkayu, went viral on Facebook and WhatsApp groups.

The victim was discovered fully clothed, lying motionless on the ground.
