Fenerbahce coach Jorge Jesus accepts they've lost defender Kim Min-jae.
Napoli are signing the South Korea international as a replacement for Kalidou Koulibaly after his sale to Chelsea.
Jorge Jesus said, "The club interested in Kim will pay the release clause in the player's contract.
"In this case, there is nothing the club can do.
"It was a big blow to us. He was an important player in our system."
