Kota Kinabalu: A fetus was in the City Apartment's sewerage in Inanam, here, on Monday.
Police said a worker cleaning the locked sewerage made the 9.30am discovery.
The cleaner had thought the fetus was a doll, said police, who are investigating the case under Section 318 of the Penal Code for concealment of a birth by secret disposal of a dead body.
