The French Football Federation (FFF) is meeting this morning regarding Hakim Ziyech's on-off move to PSG.
With everything agreed, Chelsea failed to send the correct documents to the FFF for the transfer to be rubberstamped before the local deadline fell.
L'Equipe says Chelsea failed THREE TIMES to submit the correct contracts, leaving Ziyech and PSG high and dry.
PSG are now making an appeal to FFF to register Ziyech today given Chelsea's blunder.
And Federation officials are now debating whether the move should be confirmed.
