Wenger now acts as technical director of FIFA.
The Frenchman said, The society has a responsibility to ensure that every talented child has a chance to get a football education.
"Of course, we all want to create a new Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, but the most important thing is to give a chance to every child in the world."
