Kota Kinabalu: A 64-year-old Filipino who holds an IMM13 document, was fined a total of RM15,000 for allowing three illegal immigrants to stay at a premises under his control.

Sessions Court Judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim meted out the sentence to site manager Radulan Biao who pleaded guilty to the charge against him.

He was found permitting the three Filipinos who did not have any document, to be at the workers’ Kongsi in Kg Guruh-Guruh, Sipitang at 2.03am on June 22 this year.
